This is something I can copy into files to provide examples in basic latin
for different fonts of the same type.

This site CAN do other languages, pick the second option, then select.
I do not know if Chinese is simplified or traditional, so it MIGHT not be always useful,
but I have downloaded as *-Lipsum.txt (10 paras each) to hopefully get RTL working correctly.

 They also have greek (but no diacriticals) and esperanto, luxemburgish, ...

BUT - since I will be using xelatex, I reviewed 'texdoc lipsum' : that contains 150 paragraphs,
\lipsum[4-57] typesets paras 4 to 57,  \lipsum[23] typesets paragraph 23.

That seems a far better way to procede for the latin text.
